White Label SEO Services for Agencies, Delivered Under Your Brand
White label SEO services are search optimization work that an agency sells under its own name while a partner does the delivery. Macronimous has been that partner for agencies in the United States, United Kingdom, and Australia since 16 years ago, with reports carrying your logo, an NDA signed before kickoff, and a written commitment that we never contact your clients.
Most agencies that come to us have the same problem. They’ve sold SEO to a client, or want to, and they don’t have anyone in-house who can do the technical half of it. The choices are a platform that resells the same templated package to everyone, a freelancer who disappears in month three, or hiring. We’re the fourth option: a team in Coimbatore that has been doing this for other people’s brands since 2010, billed by the hour, working inside your tools.
This page is written for the person at the agency who has to pick a partner and then answer for it. So it leads with the parts that usually get buried: what it costs, who talks to whom, and what happens when a client asks a hard question.
Macronimous versus a white-label SEO platform
Platforms and reseller marketplaces are the usual alternative. They’re fine if you want a fixed menu. The comparison below is where we differ, and I’ve tried to be fair about where they win.
The honest limitation: if you need a self-serve dashboard your account managers can log into at 11 pm, a platform does that better than we do. We send reports and answer in Slack. If that’s a deal-breaker, the platforms are the right call.
Pricing
One rate. USD 25 per hour, for technical SEO, on-page, content optimization, link outreach, ecommerce SEO, and AEO (Answer Engine Optimization, the work of getting a client cited in ChatGPT, Perplexity, and Google’s AI Overviews). We bill monthly on the hours actually used, and you see the hour log. You decide what to charge your client on top.
Agencies usually book hours in blocks per client. These are the three sizes we see most, so you can do the arithmetic before you call.
USD 500
USD 1,000
USD 2,000
Blocks are a convenience, not a contract. Unused hours don’t roll over, and we’ll tell you in week two if a client needs fewer hours than you booked. If you’d rather sell fixed packages than hours, our fixed-cost SEO plans can be white-labeled the same way.
Send us one client site and we’ll scope it.
You get a hour estimate, a first-90-days plan, and a sample of the branded report within three business days. No charge for the scoping.
What the work actually is
“SEO services” covers a lot of ground, and the platforms are vague about it on purpose. This is what our hours go on, ranked by how often agencies ask for it.
Technical SEO and site fixes
This is the half most agencies can’t staff, and it’s where we came from. The same developers who build sites for us run the crawls and then fix what they find. Core Web Vitals, crawl budget on large catalogs, indexation problems after a redesign, redirect maps for a migration, schema markup, hreflang for the agencies with multi-country clients. We work in WordPress, WooCommerce, Magento, Shopify, and PrestaShop daily, so a “please implement” list rarely has to go back to your developer. As far as I can tell that’s the biggest practical difference between us and a reseller platform, which will send you a PDF of things to fix.
On-page and content optimization
Keyword mapping per page, title and meta rewrites, internal linking, content briefs your writers can follow, and, when you want it, the writing itself. We write in American English by default and switch to British or Australian spelling per client. Every brief includes the target query, the intent, the competitors on page one, and what the page has to contain to beat them. Your writers keep the byline.
Ecommerce SEO
Category page architecture, faceted navigation that doesn’t create ten thousand duplicate URLs, product schema, and the unglamorous work of keeping a 5,000-SKU catalog crawlable. We’ve been on both sides of this, as the developer who built the store and as the SEO who had to fix the one somebody else built. The second kind is more common.
Answer Engine Optimization (AEO)
Your clients are already asking why they don’t show up in ChatGPT. We audit a site for the things AI assistants actually pull from (structured answers, entity clarity, schema, citation-worthy pages), fix them, and report on brand mentions across the assistants monthly. It’s newer work and we’re candid that the measurement is still rough. There’s a longer answer on how we track whether a brand gets cited in ChatGPT, Perplexity, and AI Overviews in our FAQ.
Link outreach
Manual outreach for guest placements and resource links, with every prospect approved by you before we contact anyone. We don’t buy links, we don’t run PBNs, and we’ll say no to a client who insists. That last part matters more under your brand than under ours.
How the white-label arrangement works
Six things that are true from the first day, written down so nobody has to ask.
NDA before kickoff
Mutual NDA signed before we see a client name. It covers your client list, your pricing to them, and everything we learn about their business.
We never contact your client
Not by email, not on LinkedIn, not after the engagement ends. If a client of yours approaches us directly, we send them back to you. This is in the NDA, and it has been our policy since 2010.
Your brand on everything
Reports, audits, proposals, and briefs carry your logo and your account manager’s name. Our name appears nowhere the client can see it.
Your tools, your process
We work in your Basecamp, Trello, Asana, ClickUp, or Slack. If you have a report template, we fill yours. If you don’t, we’ll build one in your branding.
UK and EU overlap hours
The team works IST hours through about 6 PM, which overlaps the full UK and EU morning and the US East Coast before lunch. Same-day replies in that window. Async after it.
Monthly billing, 30 days’ notice
No annual contract and no minimum number of clients. Bill on the first of the month for the previous month’s hours, with the hour log attached. Either side can stop with 30 days’ notice.
One thing we’ll ask of you in return. When a client’s site has a problem we didn’t cause, say a plugin their previous developer left behind, we’ll tell you plainly and let you decide how to present it. We won’t paper over it in the report to make the month look better. Agencies that want a rosier report than the data supports are not a good fit for us, and we’d rather say that here than in month four.
How it starts
1. You send one client site (day 0). URL, the client’s goals in a sentence, and any access you already have to GSC and GA4. We don’t need the client’s name yet.
2. We scope it (days 1 to 3). You get an hour estimate, a first-90-days plan, and a sample monthly report in your branding, so you can see what the client will see.
3. NDA and terms (days 3 to 5). Mutual NDA, the no-contact clause, hourly rate, billing date. One page.
4. Onboarding (week 1). A named SEO lead joins your project tool. We share a client intake questionnaire you can send under your name, or we’ll work from whatever you already collected.
5. Month 1 is technical. Crawl, fix the blocking issues, set up tracking properly, baseline rankings. This is the month clients rarely see results and always see a report, so the report explains why.
6. Month 2 onward. Content, links, ongoing fixes, monthly report on the same date every month. Quarterly, we send you a short note on which of your clients we think need more hours and which need fewer.
Who this is for
Marketing agencies adding SEO to a retainer. You already own the client relationship and the strategy. You need someone to do the technical and content work reliably enough that you’d put your name on it. Most of our white-label partners are this shape, and several have been with us for more than a decade.
Web design studios who get asked “can you do SEO too.” You build the site, hand it over, and the client asks about Google three weeks later. We can be the answer to that question without you hiring for it.
SEO agencies that are over capacity. You have the expertise and not enough hands. We slot in on the execution side, under your senior person’s direction, on the clients you pick.
It’s not a fit for an agency that wants to resell a fixed USD 99 package to a hundred small businesses. That’s a platform’s business, and they’re better at it.
Why an agency in India, and why this one
I’ll answer the first part directly because it’s the question agencies ask each other and not us. The rate is possible because the team is in Coimbatore, and the quality is possible because the same team has been doing search work for US, UK, and Australian clients since 2002. Those aren’t in tension. The people doing your client’s work are salaried, senior, and have been here for years, not contractors picked up per ticket.
On the second part: we’re a development company that does SEO, not a marketing company that resells it. That’s why the site fixes are included in the hours instead of handed back to you, and it’s why we’re comfortable on a 12,000-SKU Magento store or a headless WordPress build where a pure SEO shop would stall. The FAQ has a fuller answer on why agencies still trust an Indian partner in 2026, written for the skeptics, which I assume includes you.
Frequently asked questions about white label SEO services
What are white label SEO services?
White label SEO services are SEO work that one company performs and another company sells under its own brand. The agency owns the client relationship, the pricing, and the reporting relationship. The white-label partner does the technical audits, on-page work, content, and link outreach behind the scenes. At Macronimous the arrangement is governed by a mutual NDA with a no-contact clause, and all deliverables carry the agency’s branding. The client never sees the Macronimous name unless the agency chooses to disclose it.
How much do white label SEO services cost?
Macronimous charges USD 25 per hour for all white-label SEO work, billed monthly on hours used with the hour log attached. Agencies typically book 20, 40, or 80 hours a month per client, which comes to USD 500, 1,000, or 2,000. The agency sets its own markup. Reseller platforms usually price fixed packages at USD 150 to 500 per client per month with the same scope for every client, which is cheaper for very small accounts and more expensive once a site needs real technical work.
Will you ever contact my clients directly?
No. The mutual NDA includes a no-contact clause covering email, phone, social media, and any period after the engagement ends. If a client of yours contacts Macronimous directly, we refer them back to you. This has been our policy for white-label partners since 2010. If it’s useful, our team can join a client call presented as your staff, with your account manager leading. Our FAQ covers our policy on working with a partner agency’s clients directly in more detail.
Do you provide branded reports?
Yes. The monthly report is built from Google Search Console and Google Analytics 4 data and carries your logo, your colors, and your account manager’s name. If you have an existing report template, we fill it. If you don’t, we build one in your branding during onboarding and send a sample before the first client sees it. Reports go out on the same date each month, and we include a plain-language summary at the top that your account manager can forward without editing.
Do your white label SEO services include fixing the website, or only recommendations?
Fixing it is included, within the booked hours. Macronimous is a web development company that does SEO, so the people running the crawl are the same people who can correct a redirect chain, add schema, rebuild a category template, or resolve a Core Web Vitals problem. We work daily in WordPress, WooCommerce, Magento, Shopify, and PrestaShop. If a client’s site is on a platform we don’t support, we’ll say so during scoping rather than after.
Is there a minimum contract or a minimum number of clients?
No minimum client count and no annual contract. Billing is monthly, on the first of the month for the previous month’s hours. Either side can end the arrangement with 30 days’ written notice. We ask agencies to book hours in blocks per client because it makes planning easier, but unused hours are not charged and we’ll flag it if a client is booked for more hours than the site needs.
How long before my client sees results?
For a site with no major technical problems, measurable movement on target queries typically shows in three to four months, and meaningful traffic change in six. Month one is almost always technical work the client can’t see, so the first report explains what was fixed and why the numbers haven’t moved yet. Sites recovering from a bad migration or a penalty take longer. We won’t give you a faster timeline to help you close the sale; our FAQ has a fuller answer on SEO timelines and what is and isn’t in our hands.
Can you handle ecommerce SEO and AEO under white label?
Yes, at the same USD 25 hourly rate. Ecommerce work covers category architecture, faceted navigation, product schema, and catalog crawlability on WooCommerce, Magento, Shopify, and PrestaShop. AEO (Answer Engine Optimization) covers auditing and fixing the things AI assistants such as ChatGPT, Perplexity, and Google AI Overviews pull from, and reporting monthly on brand mentions. AEO measurement is still rough across the industry, and we say so in the report rather than overstating it.
