How our fixed-price SEO plans work
Everyone likes to know what they’re paying for. Our fixed-price SEO packages are three monthly plans sized by the number of keywords we work on. The Basic plan is $150 per month. Standard and Advanced are quoted after a free site analysis, because the work depends on your site’s size and how competitive your market is.
Every plan starts with an audit and a competitor review, and every plan is run by the same team that handles our outsource SEO services. Agencies can resell any plan under their own brand through our white label SEO services.

Every plan includes Google Analytics and Search Console setup, a free site analysis before you start, and a monthly report in plain English. After the minimum term, you can cancel with one month’s notice.

What we left out of these plans, on purpose
Older SEO packages, including earlier versions of ours, counted things like directory submissions, social bookmarking, classified ads, blog comments, and forum posts. Those links don’t help rankings anymore, and in bulk they can trigger a Google penalty. We don’t sell them. The authority work in our plans is backlink cleanup and links earned through useful content.

Our SEO terms
- Plans are billed monthly at a fixed price. We don’t add extra charges, apart from any bank or PayPal fees on your side.
- Each plan has a minimum term, shown in the table above. After the minimum term, you can cancel with one month’s notice. We don’t refund unused days in the current month.
- No honest SEO company can guarantee a #1 ranking, and Google says so itself. What we can promise is steady, measurable work and a clear monthly report.
- SEO is ongoing. Search engines change their algorithms, and competitors keep working on their sites, so rankings need continued attention to hold.
- We focus on the search terms that matter most to your business, not on every search engine and every keyword at once.
- New and changed pages take time to be crawled and indexed. That can take days or weeks, and no ethical SEO company can force it.
- We need admin access to your CMS (content management system), Google Search Console, and Google Analytics. We ask for server access only when a technical fix needs it.
- Results depend on our changes staying in place. If our changes are removed, or the site is redesigned or goes offline for 5 days or more without telling us, the timeline resets.
- Pages with very little text, under about 200 words, may need more content before they can rank. We can write it, or you can provide it.
- We don’t accept sites with adult content, hate speech, or anything illegal, and we can decline any project.
- For larger budgets, we build custom SEO and local SEO strategies beyond these plans.
