Here is an article which can help you to make dotted effects for Banners. Normally when you design web pages you may want to add images with some effects in the banners. Banners play a vital role when creating a web page presentation. It would be nice and more effective if it can fix with the background color, images of the products, logo of the compan etc.,. This will give a professional look to the web pages. Just read and practice this, you will get a nice image effect, called image masking.

STEP 1.
Open a new window, in our case its, 750 X 120. My background is white. Go to Modify > Canvas >Canvas color. Change it into white.

STEP 2:
Draw a rectangle of 750 X 120 with the rectangle tool and fill it with color #D6E0E6

STEP 3:
Then by selecting the rectangle change the Color effects to Gradient then select ripples, texture effect to Hatch 1 and make the transparency as 20.

STEP 4:

Then copy the 12 circles and paste in the corner of the banner. Select all the 12 circles and reduce to 75 % of the previous circles.

STEP 6:
Select the circles and make Distort tool effects.

STEP 7:
Make the effects as follows one by one.

STEP 8:
